Pursuing career as an ENT surgeon; with the assistance of pioneers in the field of Otorhinolaryngology, in a reputed medical organization, to expand knowledge and skills, both technical and surgical, through experience, continuing education sources and research and to employ the advancing knowledge and techniques in comprehensive care, as a competent professional and compassionate human being with a positive and bigger outlook.

Currently working as Senior Resident in Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore, since 02/08/2019.

Short Biography:


I,DR. NIKITHA PILLAI ,working as an ENT consultant ,aspires in exploring new ventures in all aspects of science and medicine. As an ENT surgeon, I believe in expanding knowledge and skill ,both technical and surgical, through experience , continuing education source and research and to employ the advancing knowledge and techniques in comprehensive care, as a competent professional and compassionate human being with a positive  and bigger outlook.

I have been a part of many research programes , conferences and medical education programes that I have been able to publish more than 10 articles in various journals (national and international) in less than 3 years. Beyond presenting and guiding post graduates for paper and poster presentations in conferences, I was also a speaker in an international conference conducted in Singapore . I have been invited as speaker to various international conferences in the recent years. To add on , I have also been speaker to some of the recent webinars related to COVID- 19 and ENT . Some or many of my extra curricular talents have helped me organize, entertain and win in various competitions and shows too from childhood till date. 

Being born and brought up in a place like Dubai and have a continued education 


Research interests 

  • Field medical work in exploring new ventures of science and medicine in improving patient treatment and life qualities.
  • Interesting articles on exploring different modes and aspects of treatment for decreasing morbidity of patients and improving quality of  life of patients with the help of original articles , review and articles and interesting case reports and many more.
  • Organising conducting of and participating in various medical education programs and conferences for spread of awareness and knowledge and promote of new research works.
  • Public awareness companies and medical camps  in reaching out to the general public, step into their lives for analyzing their lifestyle to be able to sympathize and empathize to their advantage.
  • Self analysis programs for students to identify and develop their aptitude to their best future stabilization.
  • Presentation of papers ,posters, videos  and education aids to increase the confidence of individuals and also to increase reach of every small and big achievements especially in the field of medicine.
  • Guidance to students who seek help in extending their availability in the form of their curiosity, knowledge and skills towards growth and development of not just their individuality but also of the society.
